Web3 Business Development Manager Full Time

As part of our expansion into the Web3 space, we are seeking a Web3 Business Development Manager to join our global remote team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our presence across the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Web3 markets, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to identify and close high-value business opportunities.

This is a fully remote position open to international candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Web3, blockchain, and crypto ecosystem.
• Build and manage relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders, including startups, protocols, and enterprises.
• Develop and execute business development and go-to-market strategies for Web3 products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, development) to tailor solutions based on client needs.
• Drive partnerships with DeFi platforms, NFT projects, exchanges, and blockchain networks.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitch materials to potential clients and partners.
• Negotiate and close deals that contribute to company revenue growth.
• Represent Techcronus UK at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and track pipeline performance, revenue forecasts, and KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in Web3 / blockchain / crypto.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and digital assets.
• Experience working with or knowledge of major platforms such as Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, OKX, or similar ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international team.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and reporting metrics.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
