The Web Developer (B2B CRO & UX) will take ownership of the marketing website’s performance, combining front-end development expertise with a strong conversion and user experience mindset.

Role Highlights – core tasks & impact

• Build and optimise landing pages to drive measurable conversion uplift
• Translate campaigns into engaging, high-performing web experiences
• Analyse full user journeys to identify friction and drop-off points
• Run A/B tests and experiments to improve engagement and lead capture

You Will Need – Key Skills/experience

• Strong front-end development experience across marketing websites
• Solid WordPress expertise and interest in evolving platform architecture
• Proven exposure to B2B or SaaS websites with lead-generation focus
• Data-led CRO and UX mindset with testing and optimisation experience
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver at pace
