Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our growing ecommerce team. This role focuses on picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately using handheld scanning devices and our warehouse system.
This is a fast-paced but organised environment, ideal for someone who is efficient, tech-comfortable, and takes pride in accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking customer orders using a handheld barcode scanner
- Accurately packing orders to company standards
- Printing shipping labels using the warehouse computer system
- Preparing parcels for daily dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and organised packing station
- Assisting with stock replenishment where required
- Following internal procedures to ensure 100% order accuracy
- Adhering to health & safety guidelines at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Good attention to detail (accuracy is critical)
- Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous warehouse or ecommerce fulfilment experience is helpful but not essential

Pay: Up to £24,784.50 per year
