Warehouse & Online Fulfilment Assistant Full Time

Rokers is a fast-paced and growing business specialising in animal feeds retail and e-commerce. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and energetic person to join our warehouse and online fulfilment team.

This is a varied hands-on role combining warehouse duties with online order picking and packing responsibilities. The successful candidate will be part of a busy team helping ensure customer orders are processed accurately and stock is managed efficiently.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

• Accurately picking and packing customer orders for dispatch
• Ensuring orders are prepared to a high standard and dispatched on time
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Checking deliveries for damaged or missing items
• Putting stock away and keeping warehouse areas organised
• Moving stock safely by hand or using warehouse equipment
• Assisting with stock control and keeping paperwork up to date
• Maintaining clean, tidy, and safe working areas
• Assisting customers when required
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting the wider warehouse and retail team as needed

Skills and experience required

• Warehouse, retail, or order picking experience preferred but not essential
• Good attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
• Physically fit and comfortable lifting products weighing up to 25kg
• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
• A proactive can-do attitude
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a busy team
• Forklift licence an advantage but not essential
• Good organisational skills and strong work ethic

This is a very physical role involving spending most of the day on your feet and regular lifting.

Working hours

• Full-time permanent position
• 38 hours per week
• Includes weekday and Saturday/weekend work
