To work in partnership with the Lead Clinician and ensure accountability for the delivery of the quality performance agenda. Manage the ward and be responsible for ensuring 24-hour cover for the services provided and skill mix required. Undertake nursing bleep holding responsibilities within designated areaExperience/skillsThe successful candidate will have expert clinical skills, be able to work flexibly to cover the needs of the service and have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.Attached you will find the person specification document which provides more detail about the essential and desirable skills and experience needed for this role.
