The Role

As a Venue Booker, you will be responsible for contacting and liaising with venues, businesses, community groups, and event organisers to secure locations and opportunities that support the charity’s fundraising activities.

You will build positive relationships, maintain high standards of professionalism, and act as an ambassador for a well-known and highly respected charitable organisation.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, engaging, and professional manner
• Strong organisational abilities
• Confidence when speaking with venue managers, business owners, and community groups
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Previous experience in fundraising, venue booking, events, sales, customer service, or relationship management is advantageous but not essential
