Valet Host (Meet & Greet) – Birmingham Airport (BHX)
About Platinum Valet
Platinum Valet provides premium Meet & Greet airport parking services at Birmingham Airport. We are committed to delivering a seamless, professional, and friendly experience for every customer from departure to arrival.
We are looking for confident, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Valet Hosts. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced airport environment while representing a premium local brand.
The Role
As a Valet Host, you will be the first and last point of contact for our customers. You will welcome customers at Birmingham Airport, assist with vehicle handovers, carry out vehicle inspections, and ensure every customer receives a smooth and professional experience.
You will also be responsible for safely driving customer vehicles between designated parking facilities and assisting with vehicle presentation to maintain our premium standards.
No previous valet experience is required – full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct vehicle inspections and complete condition reports
- Safely collect and return customer vehicles
- Drive both manual and automatic vehicles confidently
- Maintain accurate booking and vehicle records
- Assist with vehicle cleaning and presentation when required
- Support customers with any questions regarding their booking
- Follow all company procedures and airport regulations
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident driving manual and automatic vehicles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Right to work in the UK
