About this Role:
As a University Recruiting Project Specialist at clients, you will be an integral member of our high-performing Talent Acquisition team, serving as a trusted advisor and business partner to stakeholders across the globe. In this role, you will provide critical support to University Recruiters, and other business units involved in hiring matriculating students, early-careers, and specialized talent initiatives as a recognized subject-matter expert on recruiting operations, systems, and best practice. You will coordinate logistics, manage recruitment systems, and support the day-to-day operations that enable our recruiters to attract and engage top talent across a variety of programs and efforts. Success in this position requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive customer service mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
In this highly visible position, you will help represent the client brand through strong partnerships with internal and external partners, professors, vendors, and students, building excitement and awareness around our early-career opportunities. You will manage end-to-end logistics for recruitment systems and events, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for candidates and fostering effective collaboration with academic institutions and third-party partners. While most responsibilities are office-based, you will also have opportunities to travel to local and large-scale campus events as needed. Success in this role demands creative problem solving, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy.
