The Unified Communications (UC) Support Specialist plays a vital role in keeping the organisation connected and collaborating smoothly. As the first point of contact for UC needs, you’ll support the tools and technologies that keep our teams communicating – meeting room systems, collaboration platforms, conferencing tools, and AV equipment. You’ll provide both on‑site and remote assistance for live meetings and high‑visibility events, ensuring everything runs flawlessly through real‑time coordination and rapid, confident troubleshooting.
This is a highly service‑focused role where your interpersonal skills, technical awareness, and calm approach under pressure will make you a trusted partner across the business.
Deliver exceptional, reliable support by resolving issues quickly, communicating clearly with users at all levels, and maintaining professionalism at all times. You’ll keep documentation accurate, ensure equipment is always event‑ready, and play a key role in the smooth delivery of executive and high‑impact meetings. Through consistency, proactive problem‑solving, and smart prioritisation, you’ll help build a dependable, solutions‑driven UC function – while contributing positively to a collaborative, supportive team culture.
