Licensed Wind Farm Medic – OnshoreLocation: Able Seaton Port, HartlepoolStart Date: 2nd May and 4th MayDuration: 3 weeks on / off until the end of JuneUK Licensed medics UK without GWO certification are still encouraged to get in touch to explore possibilities.The Remote Healthcare Provider (RHCP) is responsible for delivering high-quality primary, urgent, and emergency medical care in austere and remote worksite environments. This role serves as the on-site medical authority, providing clinical assessment, emergency stabilization, patient management, and medical evacuation coordination for workforce personnel. The RHCP ensures full clinic readiness, regulatory compliance, accurate medical reporting, and close collaboration with client EHS and operations teams while promoting workforce health, safety, and wellness in accordance with project Scope of Work (SOW) and international standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver emergency, urgent, and primary medical care at remote industrial worksitesConduct comprehensive clinical assessments, examinations, and ongoing patient monitoringAct as on-site medical lead during emergencies and coordinate medevac and patient transfersMaintain accurate electronic medical records using RMI EHR systemsEnsure clinic readiness, including medical equipment, medicines, and consumablesPerform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment checks and controlled substance managementReport medical treatments, case classifications, and notifiable diseases per client and regulatory requirementsLiaise directly with client EHS, operations teams, and global medical coordination centersConduct workforce medical inductions, Fit-to-Work assessments, and health surveillanceAdminister drug & alcohol screening and immunization programs as requiredDeliver first-aid training, emergency drills, and health promotion initiativesEnsure compliance with RHCP Guidelines, RCM, MERP, FOM, and SOW requirementsQualificationsLicensed Nurse/ParamedicHSE Offshore Medic certificateGWO Basic Safety TrainingChester StepMinimum 2 years’ independent clinical experienceBLS/CPR, ACLS (AHA or equivalent)OEUKRTW in the UK
