The role

We’re looking for well-connected professionals who can open doors for us in the industries we serve. This is not a cold-calling role. It’s a relationship role. If you know founders, operators, or decision-makers in real estate, mortgage, insurance, or legal — and can make a genuine introduction — you’re qualified.

You introduce us. We handle the pitch, the proposal, and the delivery. You earn commission on everything that closes — setup fee and monthly retainer, every month the client stays active.

What you’ll do

• Identify 2–5 warm prospects per month from your existing network in real estate, mortgage, insurance, or legal
• Share a case study or one-liner to spark interest — we provide all materials
• Book a 20-minute discovery call with our team — that’s the full extent of your sales responsibility
• Follow up with prospects to keep momentum alive
• Maintain a simple pipeline log so we’re always aligned on where deals stand

What you’ll earn

• 20% of every setup fee — paid immediately on signing
• 20% of monthly retainer — paid every month the client remains active
• No cap. No ceiling. No exclusivity.
• Example: one Operations Transformation deal ($10,000 setup + $800/mo) = $2,000 upfront + $160/mo ongoing
• Three deals per quarter puts $6,000 in your pocket plus $480/mo in recurring income

Who we’re looking for

• 5–15 years of experience working in or selling to real estate, mortgage, insurance, or legal
• An active personal network with direct access to business owners or senior decision-makers
• Comfortable having natural, consultative conversations — not a script-follower
• Currently employed or consulting elsewhere — this is a supplemental income opportunity
