We are looking for a creative UGC Creator to help us grow brand awareness, engagement, and sales through creator-led and authentic style UGC content.

This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with a growing brand in a promising niche, while building a long-term partnership from an early stage.

What you’ll do

As a UGC Creator at ZorbFlow, you will create authentic, engaging content that reflects your own style and connects with audiences in a natural and relatable way. We want to work with creators who understand what performs well on social media and can experiment with different content formats, storytelling angles, and platform strategies.

You will have creative freedom in how you approach the content, as long as everything shared about ZorbFlow and our products is accurate and aligned with our website and social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post original UGC content on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or other relevant channels.

• Test different content styles, hooks, formats, and posting approaches to identify what drives the strongest results.

• Share content consistently to increase visibility, clicks, and conversions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UGC creation, affiliate content creation, influencer marketing, or a similar field.

• Strong understanding of what performs well in short video and social first content.

• Ability to create content that feels authentic, relatable, and conversion focused.

• Confidence in creating content independently and taking initiative.

• Good understanding of social media engagement, audience behaviour, and content trends.

• Strong communication skills and professionalism in brand collaborations.

• Ability to follow brand guidance while still bringing your own creative voice.

Pay structure

• 20% commission on every sale made through a personal affiliate link.

• Earn up to £20 per sale.

• Paid out monthly.

• Uncapped commissions.

• Opportunity for higher commission rates as the partnership grows.
