The Role

We’re looking for a UGC Creator Support Coordinator to support our VIP creator community.

This role is focused on communication, organisation, and consistency.

You will be the day-to-day point of contact for our creators, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and clear on what they need to do.

This is not a strategy role.

This is about showing up every day, communicating clearly, and keeping the system running smoothly at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond to day-to-day questions from VIP UGC creators clearly and promptly
• Guide creators on where to find briefs, guidelines, upload links, and invoicing information
• Support creators through the full process — from brief to content submission
• Ensure communication is always clear, friendly, and aligned with the THRIVIN brand
• Manage conversations across a high volume of creators (200+)
• Identify recurring questions or issues and flag them to improve systems
• Help keep the creator community organised, structured, and running efficiently

• Strong written communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage high-volume conversations
• Friendly, patient, and solutions-focused
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in admin, customer support, community, influencer, or creator support is preferred

Role Details

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
