Previous trustee experience is welcome but not essential — we value strategic thinking, relevant professional expertise, and a willingness to get stuck in. We particularly welcome applications from diverse communities, and the role is open to all, including female-identifying individuals.HybridWhat will you be doing?We’re looking for proactive, strategic individuals to join our board of trustees. While all trustees share collective responsibility for governance, strategy, and financial oversight, we’re particularly seeking people who can take a lead onHR & Volunteer Management – acting as a strategic advisor for our growing people operations, working closely with our Operations Manager to support a community of 60+ volunteer facilitators. The board meets quarterly, alternating between online and in-person meetings in Central London, with the time commitment up to 8 hours per month. Additional sub-committees may be established as we grow. The minimum term is three years.We’re looking for people who bring strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and genuine passion for men’s mental health.
