Salary: Leadership 10 – 14: £64,691 – £71,330 per annum pro rata
Actual Salary: £25,876 – £28,532 per annum
Location: Trust Offices at Rugeley John Taylor School. Requirement to travel to schools across the Trust

John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives – and the world. We are looking for an experienced professional to provide strategic leadership of our Inclusion provision across the Trust. The successful applicant will be a dedicated advocate for children with SEND, as well as having the ability to work at scale, and deploy staff effectively. Working closely with Trust senior leaders and Headteachers, you will ensure our provision is legally compliant leading on policy implementation and best practice. Building productive working relationships internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure our schools have well designed and led provision optimising the learning environment with the funding available. This role requires drive, diplomacy and tenacity, coupled with in-depth knowledge and understanding of regulations and statutory guidance.The Successful Candidate Will
