We’re seeking skilled and compassionate care workers to join our team, delivering high-quality care during peak demand periods.What You’ll DoPlay a critical role in supporting new customers integration, ensuring excellent standards of care from day one of a customer’s journey with HSM.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeProviding short‑term care and support, focusing on new customer integration.Building strong rapport with customers and their families from the outset.Identifying risks, safeguarding concerns and any required interventions.Communicating clearly with branch teams, field care supervisors and other professionals.Ensuring accurate, timely documentation that meets regulatory standards.Representing Home Support Matters with professionalism, empathy and expertise.What You’ll BringStrong experience in care or support roles.Confidence in assessing needs and making informed decisions.Excellent communication and calm under pressure.Solid understanding of safeguarding and risk.A proactive, organised and professional approach.A Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle with business insurance.
