About The Role & TeamThis role plays a key part in supporting the continued growth of the Walt Disney Travel Company International. As a Travel Operations Coordinator, you’ll provide hands‑on operational support and help the team deliver important projects and initiatives that keep our business running smoothly.No two days will be the same. Your priorities will change based on business needs, but at the heart of the role is supporting day‑to‑day operations using our in‑house systems and a small number of external platforms. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving and being right at the centre of the action.This is fixed-term contract role, starting in August 2026, ending in September 2027. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.What You Will DoProvide day‑to‑day operational support for the Disney Central, Sales and Guest Care teams across the Disneyland Paris product, responding quickly and accurately to information requestsInvestigate and resolve guest queries and complaints, working closely with the Disneyland Paris Guest Communications team and following internal guidelines and legal requirementsSupport the resolution of post‑booking, pre‑departure and in‑resort issues, ensuring a smooth experience for guestsAssist with payment and credit card queries to help resolve issues as quickly as possibleManage and triage Operations email inboxes, covering Disneyland Paris transport‑inclusive packages, as well as hotel and ticket bookingsComplete quality checks on Walt Disney Travel Company International bookings, working closely with the Disneyland Paris Tour Operator teamWork with the Guest Care team to ensure booking changes, including major schedule amendments across flights, rail and self‑drive packages, are followed through accurately and on timeSupport credit control processes to ensure bookings are paid in line with deadlinesKeep administrative and operational documentation up to dateMonitor hotel refurbishment activity and ensure guests and internal teams are kept informedHelp maintain agent tools, resources and internal systemsProvide cover for the Operations Executive when neededProduce reports using internal systems to support decision‑making across the businessCreate briefs and training materials for new Disneyland Paris products and offeringsLiaise with external partners to support booking maintenance and issue resolutionProvide occasional team cover to support Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line products when requiredRequired Qualifications & SkillsStrong administrative experience, with a high level of attention to detailExperience in travel operations or reservations is an advantage, but not essentialPrevious experience within the travel industry or with theme park, leisure or resort products is beneficialAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities, while staying organised and meeting deadlinesComfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative teamAble to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environmentConfident communicator, with strong written and verbal communication and good interpersonal skillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointWillingness and ability to learn new systems and processesCulturally aware and comfortable working with a diverse range of people and partnersDemonstrates a strong guest‑focused mindset, with a passion for delivering great serviceStrong problem‑solving skills, with an analytical and practical approachThe Perks 25 days annual leavePrivate medical insurance & dental careFree Park Entry: You will have the opportunity to enter any of our parks with your family and friends for freeDisney Discounts: you are entitled to discounts on designated Disney products, resort F&B and ticketingExcellent parental and guardian leaveEmployee Resource Groups – WOMEN @ Disney, Disney Mosaic, Disney PRIDE, our disability & neurodiversity focused group – ENABLED, and our Mental Health & Wellbeing Group, TRUST.The Walt Disney Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
