If so, this could be the opportunity for you.We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Transport Quality & Training Manager to lead on training, compliance, and quality assurance for BSPS Transport servicAbout the Role:In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programmes that ensure all transport staff meet legal, safety, and organisational requirements.You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring services are safe, effective, and patient-focused.You will also take the lead on Health & Safety and COSHH, ensuring robust systems are in place to protect staff, patients, and the wider public.As the Quality Lead, you will oversee the development and coordination of the Quality Management System, working closely with Site Leads and the Operations Manager to drive excellence across the service.Key Responsibilities:Design, deliver, and evaluate training programmes for BSPS Transport staff.Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and NHS standards.Coordinate and maintain the Quality Management System.Support accreditation processes and regulatory compliance.Work collaboratively with operational teams to enhance service delivery.Main duties of the jobLead the delivery of effective, high-quality training programmes for BSPS Transport staff, ensuring full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and Trust requirements.Act as the Transport Lead for Health & Safety and COSHH, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring all policies, procedures, and practices are implemented and maintained.Serve as the Quality Lead for BSPS Transport, driving continuous improvement and ensuring services meet required standards of quality, safety, and performance.Facilitate, coordinate, and continuously develop the Quality Management System (QMS) in collaboration with Site Leads and the Operations Manager.Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions to enhance service delivery.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, statutory, and accreditation requirements, supporting inspections and audits as required.Work collaboratively with operational teams to improve outcomes for service users and create a positive, supportive environment for staff.Contribute to the overall effectiveness of Support Services by embedding best practice, improving processes, and promoting high standards of care and service delivery.Working for our organisationVisa SponsorshipThis position is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
