You’ll ensure that a huge volume of business initiatives land in a coherent, end-to-end way that empowers our teams and elevates our customer experienceYou will have:Significant experience delivering complex, multi-stream programmes across Operations, Technology and People changeProven experience and track record of keeping complex and high-stakes portfolios and initiatives on track for delivery. Experience leading and managing risk across complex portfolios, including identifying emerging risks from diverse sources (operational, strategic, digital, external), coordinating cross-functional teams to assess and quantify risks, and facilitating decisions that balance business objectives, resource limitations, and risk tolerance. These initiatives are owned by different leaders and teams and are interdependent in nature.This role exists to reduce delivery risk created by unmanaged dependencies, Improve coordination across initiatives and provide confidence that change is landing coherently into Operations. What you’ll do and how you will make an impact…Develop a comprehensive and integrated portfolio plan that consolidates the plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies from each initiative and transformation programme. Sequence initiatives to minimise disruption and maximise operational readiness. Ensure the transition of capabilities to operations is planned with ongoing operational responsibilities agreed and accepted.
