Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM) plays a critical role, managing and transforming a global footprint that spans facilities, real estate, workplaces, capital investments, logistics assets, energy, fleet, and more.We are now strengthening our transformation leadership by hiring a Transformation Portfolio & Programme Manager—a role designed for someone who thrives in complex environments where strategy meets execution.This position is ideal for someone with both consulting and execution mindset who wants to apply rigorous transformation skills in a large‑scale industrial and enterprise context, driving tangible, operational change with long‑term impact.This position is based in EMEA.You will report to the Vice President Facility & Real Estate Management, be part of the functional leadership team, and operate globally. Occasional travel is expected.What You Will DoYou will operate as the change agent and catalyst of FREM’s transformation agenda—owning both the portfolio perspective and the hands‑on leadership of selected, high‑value global programmes.Working closely with the FREM Leadership Team, you will shape priorities, orchestrate delivery, and ensure that change turns into sustainable business value.This role has no formal people management responsibility—but demands strong leadership through credibility, influence, and clarity.Transformation portfolio You will bring transparency, value focus, and execution discipline to a broad and dynamic transformation landscape by:Managing the transformation portfolio and future pipeline, from demand shaping to prioritisationDesigning and applying portfolio prioritisation criteria that maximise strategic and financial valueLeading portfolio governance, review cycles, and leadership “pulsing”Proactively identifying dependencies, constraints, and resource conflicts—and driving resolutionStrengthening benefit realisation, quality standards, and adoption of transformation best practicesLeveraging tools such as Planview to accelerate delivery with minimal disruptionCapturing learnings and continuously evolving FREM’s transformation ways of workingHigh‑impact programme leadershipFor selected strategic initiatives, you will act as the end‑to‑end programme lead, accountable for:Leading complex, cross‑functional, global transformation programmesAnchoring sustainable change across people, processes, systems, and dataApplying a disciplined transformation approach while adapting to real‑world complexityManaging senior stakeholders and external partners with confidence and clarityDriving change communication that resonates across diverse operational environmentsDelivering outcomes through pace, structure, and execution excellenceYou will operate in a high‑intensity, high‑visibility environment, where progress, judgement, and stakeholder trust matter as much as plans.We believe you haveYou combine analytical sharpness with pragmatic execution and are comfortable moving between executive‑level discussions and operational reality.Typical Strengths You BringA strong personal drive, ownership mindset, and bias for actionStructured problem‑solving and the ability to simplify complexityExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levelProven expertise in business transformation, change management, and portfolio/programme leadershipA solid understanding of how large, asset‑heavy organisations operateA university degree and 5+ years’ experience in complex programmes and portfolios (background in transformation consulting and/or internal transformation roles is highly relevant)Excellent English communication skills, written and spokenYou will be part of a global leading company where our vision is to make food safe and available everywhere.
