Role Description

We’re looking for someone who loves being in the room.

Whether it’s a group of warehouse operatives learning a new system for the first time, or a senior leadership team who need to understand reporting and dashboards before go-live — you’re the person who makes that land. You read the room, you adjust on the fly, and you leave people feeling confident rather than overwhelmed.

You don’t need to know Odoo. We’ll train you on that. What we can’t train is presence, communication, and the ability to take something complex and make it genuinely accessible. That has to come with you.

This is a delivery role with real ownership. You’ll plan and run training across our client base, produce materials that actually get used, and work closely with our functional consultants to make sure clients are ready before they go live.

Primary Responsibilities

Delivering Training

• Running end-user and stakeholder training sessions across our client base — in person, remotely, or hybrid
• Adapting your style for different audiences: shop floor operators, department leads, finance teams, and C-suite
• Handling live questions confidently and keeping sessions on track without losing the room
• Building client confidence — the goal isn’t just knowledge transfer, it’s making sure people feel ready
• Training system superusers

Building Training Materials

• Producing role-based user guides, quick reference cards, session plans, and slide decks
• Working with our functional consultants to understand each client’s setup before you build anything
• Developing a reusable library of training assets that the team can maintain and build on
• Keeping materials sharp — nothing generic, nothing out of date

Coordinating the Training Workstream

• Managing the training schedule across multiple concurrent projects
• Aligning with project managers and consultants to hit go-live milestones
• Tracking readiness, flagging risks early, and escalating where needed
• Gathering post-training feedback and feeding it back into how we do things
• Working with QA teams and working with client USE cases.

Reports to – Head of Odoo delivery

Required Skills and Experience

Training background – Excellent standard of English – Spoken English minimum C1 – Experience of producing training documentation – Proficient computer skills, use of the Microsoft office suite.

Must have right to work in the UK – LTR

Pay: £30,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
