Main duties of the job
In this role, you will provide hands‑on training, analyse current patient‑flow processes, and work with clinical teams to identify, test and implement improvements. You will help staff understand the reasons behind service change, encourage ownership of new ways of working, and ensure that training directly supports national targets and local priorities. You will also evaluate the impact of training, support continuous improvement, and contribute to national learning events where required.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you will liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, interpret complex information, and produce clear reports, data analysis and presentations. You will maintain accurate training records, support project governance, and represent the OHFF team professionally at meetings and events.
