We’re currently hiring Trainee Sales Assistants to join a growing team within the energy sector, working across London in a face-to-face, customer-focused role.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to build confidence, and is motivated to develop within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with customers face-to-face across different areas
- Introducing and explaining energy services in a clear, professional manner
- Supporting the sales process by understanding customer needs
- Assisting with lead generation and customer onboarding
- Recording customer interactions and daily activity
- Working towards individual and team performance targets
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Comfortable working in a field-based role
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial (but not essential)
