About the role
We are hiring a Trainee Negotiator to join our expanding team. This is a permanent full time position designed as an entry level gateway into the world of business development and high level negotiation. You will step into a target driven culture where performance is recognised and rewarded. We do not expect you to be a finished product on day one. Full training provided means exactly that. We will teach you the mechanics of the market, the psychology of sales, and the exact methods we use to secure results.

• Full Time, Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm
• Immediate Start (within 2 weeks of an offer)
• On Site, Birmingham City Centre

What you will be doing

• Managing daily negotiations and driving results forward to meet targets
• Handling objections and learning how to turn rejections into opportunities
• Building relationships and managing customer service interactions professionally
• Engaging in business development activities to secure new outcomes
• Learning directly from senior negotiators in a competitive environment

Salary and incentives
We offer a guaranteed basic salary of £28,000 per year. On top of this, you will earn performance bonuses allowing you to take home up to an additional £1,000 per month. This is a realistic and transparent structure designed to reward hard work and consistent results.

Working hours
You will work Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm. We also offer occasional optional Saturdays for those who want to maximise their earning potential. An immediate start is preferred, though we can easily accommodate notice periods of up to two weeks for the right person.
