About The Role
Our Trading Standards Team is a diverse, intelligence-led service which supports local businesses and communities by robustly tackling unfair trading practices. As a Level 1 Trading Standards Officer, you will be involved in a wide range of enforcement activities including consumer safety, counterfeit goods, product labelling, weights and measures, under-age sales and animal welfare. Your duties will include undertaking prevention initiatives, compliance advice, inspection work and criminal investigations.
