Job Purpose & Objectives
Provide operational assistance to the Equity Derivatives and Macro Trading and Sales teams in HongKong, including Structured products life cycle management, trade capture, client service, P&L reporting,cash management and break reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Life Cycle Management of the Structured Products (Fixings, Corporate Action), notify clients and ensure smooth settlement by Operation team
- Ensure accurate trade capture and confirmations are sent to clients of various flows
- Collect KYC doc to initialise account opening for new broker requests
- Reconcile breaks between frontend systems and backend data. Resolve any trade discrepancies with various parties (trading desk, client, broker, settlement…)
- Perform trade reconciliations and follow-up on any discrepancies
- Perform regulatory reporting where necessary
- Work with front office and IT to enhance system functioning
- Report on performance and potential issues to direct management, and more generally support management as and when required

- Bachelor degree
