We’re Hiring: Temporary Security Officer

Location: Stallingborough, Grimsby, UK

Pay: £12.82 per hour.

Hours: 06:00–18:00 shift pattern on a 4 on, 4 off rotation, giving you regular time to recharge. This is a 4–6 month temporary contract.

Responsibilities

Job Description

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors.
• Conducting regular safety and security patrols.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Supporting emergency protocols, including evacuations and searches.
• Keeping vigilant, reporting incidents, and preventing disruption.
• Accurately maintaining records of all activity and handovers.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

• A valid SIA licence.
• Flexibility to work days and weekends.
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
• Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
