Role Description
We’re hiring a full-time, remote Telesales Executive to drive new business across our hotel, workplace canteen, and school verticals. You’ll prospect and qualify leads, deliver sharp sales pitches, manage your pipeline end-to-end, and convert conversations into signed partnerships. You’ll work closely with our founders and operations team to ensure every client win is a clean handover and a long-term relationship.
This is a fast-paced, client-focused environment where ownership and initiative are rewarded — not just in recognition, but in your pay packet.
What We’re Looking For
• A proven hunter mentality — you enjoy outbound, you don’t shy away from the phone, and you measure your week in conversations and closed deals
• Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly understand client needs and articulate value
• Demonstrable track record in lead generation, qualification, and closing
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and energised (not drained) by high-performance environments
• Comfort managing a pipeline in a CRM and working across email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or B2B solution sales is a strong plus
• Proficiency with CRM tools (we use Odoo) and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
