Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Telesales Agent. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our services, and resolving inquiries professionally. Daily responsibilities include building strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Agents will also provide support to customers, offer guidance on our services, and collaborate with the team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively
• Experience in Customer Support and Training to address inquiries and educate clients on our services
• Proven Sales abilities to achieve and exceed goals through effective persuasion and negotiation
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Time management skills with a keen focus on organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
• Previous experience in logistics or courier services is advantageous but not required
