Capital Plant Sales Manager
Location: Kings Lynn, Norfolk (UK-wide + occasional international travel)
Overview
Two excellent opportunities have arisen at Polar Systems Limited to join our Sales Team. We’re looking for enthusiastic, self‑motivated, sales‑driven individuals with experience in selling large scale food processing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and prepare accurate quotations for capital plant and processing lines.
- Manage and prioritise incoming enquiries, ensuring timely responses and strong customer satisfaction.
- Develop long‑term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Visit customer sites and attend industry events as required.
- Support the full sales cycle for capital equipment across the UK, with occasional international activity.
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience selling food production equipment or similar capital machinery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional telephone manner and confident presentation ability.
- Technically competent—able to discuss processing systems, layouts, and equipment requirements.
- Organised, self‑motivated, and comfortable managing a varied workload and regular travel.
