The Technical Quality Specialist is tasked with ensuring the highest technical quality standards by providing expert support, managing quality issues, and monitoring performance standards to optimise technical operations across the Dealer network.

In this role, you will also play an important part in shaping continuous improvement. You will help refine our processes, tools and best practices so our Dealers can make the right technical decisions quickly, efficiently and consistently powered by technology, data and Geely innovation.
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Direct report to: Technical Quality Manager.
Internal Stakeholders: Aftersales Director, Aftersales Team, Dealer Network Development, Marketing, functional departments and Geely HQ China.
External Stakeholders: Dealers and Insurance agencies.
