It is headquartered in London with offices in New York and Singapore.How You Will Create An ImpactTo assist in the monitoring and updating of operational reportsResponsible for all documentation to be scanned and indexed into the DMS systemResponsible for ensuring timeliness is met for all measured tasks (e.g. Data quality review, peer review, written date, aggregate data entry, etc.) For their team. This includes chasing and monitoring the workloadTo ensure data entry is in accordance with agreed guidelines, e.g. endorsements, quotes, promise linesTo ensure the underwriting teams promptly address item received electronically (i.e. electronic trading platforms and email)To ensure that underwriters resolve contract certainty queries/failures within a timely mannerTo act in accordance with all regulatory standards and principalsAttend and prepare necessary documentation for team meetings (Underwriting and/or UTS).To adhere to the internal binder approval processTo provide box support at Lloyd’s when requiredResponsible for building and maintaining close working relationships with third party providers and brokersAd-hoc and general administration duties as and when required for the UTS Core team.What You’ll Need To SucceedExcellent communication skills with all levels of staff.Good knowledge of the Lloyd’s Market and the classes of business written at Talbot.Excellent IT Skills.Working towards the CII exams.Contributes to the businessOpen and approachableTeams with and supports othersInspires trustAdapts to and initiates changeAccurate and attends to detailAnalyses and interprets informationAt AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
