A Dartford-based specialist subcontractor operating within the construction sector, delivering bespoke external and infrastructure solutions across the UK.
The business works closely with major contractors, developers and end users, and has built a strong reputation for quality, safety and professionalism across a wide range of projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Part-Time Technical Administrator to support their busy project and office teams.
This is an office-based part-time role, working hours 9 – 2.30pm Mon to Friday (27.5 hrs p/w)
Your new role
You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring projects run smoothly and documentation is accurate and up to date.Key responsibilities include:
Managing document control systems and project portals
Raising purchase orders and supporting procurement processes
Monitoring project drawings, uploads, and updates
Answering incoming calls and handling general enquiries
Managing post, scanning delivery tickets, invoices and correspondence
Ensuring accreditations and compliance documentation are kept up to date
Supporting fleet management including servicing and repairs
Collating timesheets and installer documentation
Assisting with the preparation of O&M manuals
What you’ll need to succeed
Experience within the construction sectorPrevious administrative or project support experience
Strong document control and purchase order experience
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
