Complex travel management via our TMC, EgenciaInvoice and expenses managementRecharge requests as requiredARC requests as and when neededKeep up with company-wide communication and specifically Private Markets information share with PA Admin Team and Infracapital Collate and distribute papers for monthly/quarterly or annual Team meetingsEmail inbox management for CEO providing daily end of day updates highlighting important and confidential comms Work with Head of Responsible Investment in the planning and execution of a Charity Dinner and onsite events hosted for Mentors/MenteesWork with IR PA in the planning and Execution of the AGM meetingWhat we offer:At M&G, we’re committed to helping you thrive and supporting your wellbeing, both at work and beyond.
