We offer services to government entities and private enterprises, including regulatory strategies, UAS/Drones and USSP certification, design verification, SORA approvals (Specific Operations Risk Assessment), and CE marking. About This Role
As a Team Assistant – UK, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our London office and team. Reporting directly to the Head of UK, you will act as a central point of coordination for the team, ensuring seamless day to day operations.
This is a varied role combining team support, office coordination, and operational support, with scope to grow depending on the candidate’s strengths. Responsibilities will include a range of administrative support across meetings, events and operations. In addition, you will also assist with maintaining our workplace environment as a safe, well-maintained, and fully operational base for our growing team. You will have an eye for quality and help to continuously improve internal processes and standards.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and be an excellent communicator. They will have the confidence to be proactive, positive and calm under the pressure of managing competing priorities.
