If you are interested in a rewarding career working for a highly respected, growing, successful and established nationwide company, with over 30 years’ trading experience, this is a great opportunity for you.About The RoleIn accordance with HSG 264: The Survey Guide, carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys for a range of clients to a variety of building typesReinspection audits of existing asbestos surveys (undertaken by both BECL and other Consultancies)Air monitoring and inspection services associated with asbestos removal projectsSupervision of Asbestos removal projectsProfessional representation of Bradley Environmental Consultants to our clients, providing both specialist advice and consultancy servicesWhat You Will BringHold a minimum BOHS P402 (or equivalent) or BOHS P403 and P404 (or equivalent) Preferably industry experienceBe able to demonstrate a working knowledge of HSG: 248 & HSG:264Excellent communication, client liaison and report writing skills with a keen focus on attention to detailHave a strong work ethic and the ability to work alone or as part of a teamHave an excellent understanding of Health and Safety with respect to asbestos related worksFlexible approach to working hoursFull UK driving licenceIT literate (experience of TEAMs would be an advantage but not essential as full training shall be given) What’s In It For YouPerkbox benefits platformClear career progression path as the business and Group continue to growCompetitive salary Industry leading overtime policy, including a generous out of hours policy, time and a half in the week and £25 per hour on a weekend (minimum of 4 hours paid)Work-Life balance guarantee, including time in lieu flexible working weekPaid travel timeCompany vehicleCompany paid healthcare planA company pension, into which we contribute 3% of qualifying earnings22 days of annual leave (long service award applies at 3 and 5 years)An additional day of annual leave for your birthday, or the closest working day to your birthdayContractual sick payThe successful candidate(s) will also be given the opportunity to undertake further BOHS (or equivalent) qualifications including the W504/ CoCA, and the opportunity to develop their role within the business.£4,000 joining fee for qualified candidatesAbout VadellaVadella Group is a PE-backed compliance services business operating across the TICC market- fire safety, water hygiene, asbestos, HVAC and health and safety consulting.
