They shape how we treat people, how we work together, and what we expect from each other.About The RoleAs a Support Worker at Rushcliffe Care Group, your primary responsibility will be to provide physical, social, and psychological care to our service users. You will work closely with healthcare team leaders to ensure the well-being and dignity of individuals we support. Facilities on site include; en-suite bedrooms, arts and crafts room, games room, computer room and educational room with computer and books. Rushcliffe Aberdare provides good community links offering patients opportunity to access GP and other health services, to study at colleges, work experience and general social inclusion. Patients are given the opportunity to improve on their independence and to acquire new skills to be reintegrated back into the community.
