We’re seeking Kinship Supervising Social Workers with a passion for Special Guardianship Orders (SGO) to support and strengthen kinship arrangements.

You’ll work closely with special guardians and kinship carers, offering high‑quality supervision, advice and support to ensure children experience stable, nurturing and permanent care. Your role will be central to quality SGO assessments, support planning and ongoing development of kinship practice.
