What is the job role?
Summer Internship (5month FTC) April – Aug
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Summer Intern to join SunGod for an exciting, hands-on experience across the business during one of our busiest and most dynamic periods. From supporting customers to getting involved in marketing, seeding, events and beyond, you’ll play a real role in bringing the SunGod experience to life.
This internship offers a varied experience across multiple areas of the business, with a strong core focus on Customer Experience during peak trading. Alongside this, interns will have the opportunity to contribute to Marketing, Events, and other projects based on business needs and personal interests.
You’ll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive world-class service, while gaining valuable exposure to how a fast-growing brand operates.
Core Responsibilities
Customer Experience (Primary Focus – minimum 3 days per week)
- Support the Customer Experience team with daily operations and customer interactions
- Deliver exceptional service across all communication channels (e.g. email, social, live chat)
- Assist with resolving customer queries efficiently and empathetically
- Work closely with the Customer Experience Coordinator on day-to-day priorities
- Help the team manage increased demand during peak periods (including flexibility up to 5 days per week when required)
Marketing & Partnerships Support (1–2 days per week, depending on business needs)
- Assist the Partnerships team in seeding product to influential athletes and ambassadors within our core Playgrounds: Running, Cycling, Action & Motorsport
- Assist the Marketing team with content development or admin tasks
- Support Events planning and execution, activating weekend events where appropriate.
- Contribute to wider business projects aligned with your interests and development goals
- Attend relevant meetings (e.g. Sales/Marketing) to build a broader business understanding
