Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Strength and Conditioning Coach based in Farnham. The Strength and Conditioning Coach will design and implement specialized training programs tailored to enhance movement, improve strength, prevent injuries, and support overall physical well-being. Daily tasks include evaluating clients’ fitness levels, developing exercise plans, providing guidance during sessions, and collaborating with other wellness professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to health. Our clientele are over 40s, with most having a past injury that we tend to. We work on providing the highest standard of training sessions, bespoke to each individual.
Some of the work will take place with an individual or grouped sessions.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning
- Exercise science degree (preferred but not needed)
- level 3 Personal Training Certified
- Expertise in Athletic Performance enhancement and Injury Prevention strategies
- Proficiency in designing and executing Strength Training programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse clients
- Relevant certification or degree in Strength and Conditioning, Sports Science, or a related field
- Prior experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach or similar role is highly desirable
- Commitment to fostering a safe and supportive training environment
