You’ll support the complete partner lifecycle—from initial onboarding through ongoing optimisation. Along the way, you’ll review partner requests, ensure eero teams are aligned on requirements, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet external commitments. Once new partners have completed their initial deployment, you’ll continue partnering with them by offering support and insights to ensure they’re making the most of their eero experience.
Key job responsibilities
You’ll drive partner success by managing all facets of the partner lifecycle for large, complex strategic accounts. This includes defining and coordinating partners’ programme requirements, managing non-standard partner needs, and accelerating deployments by identifying programme expansion opportunities. You’ll acquire deep knowledge of customers’ vision, products, and objectives, anticipating partner needs and resolving significant pain points before they escalate. As their advocate, you’ll work with internal teams and provide compelling evidence to inspire action whilst assisting with sales product demonstrations and coordinating product training for new partners.
You’ll steer eero to focus its partner-related efforts on work that delivers the biggest positive impact. This means balancing customer needs with competing business priorities, identifying efficiency opportunities, automating repetitive work, and designing scalable workflows. As a strategic adviser, you’ll earn partners’ trust and influence their customer-facing technology strategy, helping them optimise their eero programmes to deliver exceptional customer experiences whilst maximising partner value.
You’ll create and utilise reporting, analytics, data modelling, and business case analysis to identify opportunities for partners and ensure their objectives are achieved through quantitative insights.
A day in the life
As a Partner Success Manager in the Operations team within eero, your day will involve collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations teams to advance partner initiatives. You’ll spend time analysing partner performance data, preparing strategic recommendations, and facilitating cross-functional meetings to resolve partner escalations. You’ll balance proactive outreach—checking in with partners on deployment progress and identifying expansion opportunities—with reactive problem-solving as urgent issues arise. Throughout the day, you’ll translate technical requirements into actionable plans, update stakeholders on programme status, and ensure partners have the resources and support needed to succeed with eero.
