We’re working with a number of secondary schools across Fareham and the surrounding areas, looking for confident, energetic individuals to take on Cover Supervisor roles.
No classroom experience? That’s absolutely fine.
If you’re comfortable leading a group, thinking on your feet, and bringing energy into a room – we’ll support you with everything else.
What The Role Looks Like
You’ll step into the classroom when teachers are unavailable, keeping lessons running smoothly and students on track.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Delivering lessons using pre-prepared materials
- Keeping students engaged, motivated, and focused
- Managing behaviour in a calm, confident way
- Following school routines and expectations
- Providing feedback to teaching staff
