Medical ReceptionistSexual Health Service, Yellow Zone, Aberdeen Health VillageBand 3 (Permanent)Full time (36 hours per week Monday-Friday)An exciting opportunity has arisen within The Sexual and Reproductive Health department for a Medical Receptionist, based at the Aberdeen Health Village.We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated person who has excellent communication skills and enjoys working with people in a very busy clinic environment. The successful candidate will be a confident team player who is able to work with minimal supervision and possess the ability to prioritise their daily workload to meet service demands. In addition, applicants will have good organisational skills and be confident in their use of IT systems. Experience of working computerised patient systems desirable.Please note, the majority of the workload for this post is call handling but also includes rotational reception desk cover and daily admin duties.
