Located in the London area, we pride ourselves on meeting diverse healthcare needs with expertise and empathy.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Sonographer to join our team in a full-time or part-time capacity. This is an on-site role based in the London Area and Banstead/surrey, United Kingdom. The Sonographer will perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including musculoskeletal, breast, vascular, pregnancy, abdominal/pelvic/small parts and health checkup scans. Responsibilities include preparing patients, capturing high-quality images, interpreting findings, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide accurate clinical reports. The role also requires maintaining ultrasound equipment and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and professional standards.QualificationsProficiency in medical ultrasound, demonstrating a thorough understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathology. A recognised qualification in Medical Ultrasound, including one of the following:Postgraduate Certificate (PgCert) in Medical UltrasoundPostgraduate Diploma (PgDip) in Medical UltrasoundMSc in Medical UltrasoundProven clinical competency in ultrasound scanning (relevant specialty areas preferred)Ability to produce accurate and high-quality diagnostic reportsExcellent communication and patient care skills Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is not mandatory, but will be considered a strong advantage. Expertise in specialised areas, such as Breast,MSK,General ultrasound and Vascular imaging, with experience in capturing precise, high-quality diagnostics.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective interactions with patients and multidisciplinary teams.Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of care and professionalism.Experience in private healthcare settings and knowledge of regulatory compliance in the UK is advantageous.
