The position
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our APM (Asset Performance Management) team. You will work across the stack to help support our SaaS product – from designing and implementing front-end interfaces to building reliable and scalable backend services. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features end-to-end, improve system performance, and contribute to the technical direction of the application. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on a product used to improve the performance of renewable assets every day.
Accountabilities
Knowledge
The ideal candidate would have expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, including modern frameworks, databases, datalakes, and API design. They would ideally have a good understanding of software architecture, testing, CI/CD, and cloud platforms like Azure. Strong knowledge of coding standards, performance optimisation, and security best practices is essential, along with the ability to contribute to scalable, maintainable solutions. Domain knowledge of the renewables industry is not essential but would be nice to have.
