Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, remote Social Media Manager (Content + TikTok Shop) to lead and execute our social media strategies. Key responsibilities include managing content creation and scheduling across platforms, developing unique and engaging content for TikTok, optimizing social media presence, and overseeing the setup and management of our TikTok Shop. You will work closely with the marketing team to grow our online presence and engage with our audience effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing tailored to various social platforms
- Exceptional Communication skills with the ability to engage and grow an online community
- Hands-on experience with TikTok, including content creation and platform tools
- Strong content creation skills (filming, editing, storytelling)
- Understanding of what makes content go viral / perform
- Experience with TikTok Shop and/or live selling (preferred)
- Confident on camera (or able to direct creators)
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and online shop management is a plus
- Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking and improving social media performance
- Creativity, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
