We’re seeking a seasoned advisor to join a Switzerland-based consumer brand’s advisory board, providing expertise in distribution growth, brand positioning, and strategic partnerships to support sustainable commercial expansion.What You’ll Do:  Advise on distribution strategy across retail, pharmacy, wellness, and other relevant commercial channelsSupport brand positioning and partnership development in markets where trust and product credibility are importantGuide customer acquisition, repeat purchase strategy, and sustainable growth across both direct-to-consumer and business partnershipsHelp shape the expansion of a purpose-led skincare brand seeking to grow across consumer and professional channelsWho We’re Looking For:  Senior executive with experience scaling consumer brands in beauty, wellness, personal care, or related categoriesBackground in retail, pharmacy, distribution partnerships, or multi-market brand growthUnderstanding of healthcare-adjacent, trust-led, or specialist product positioning is valuedTrack record of helping brands grow without losing clarity of positioning or customer loyaltyExperience with European market expansion, brand strategy, or repeatable channel growth is a strong advantage*Positions shared here require individuals to be active members of the Veblen community.
