About us
You’ll be working across two of our youth work and travel brands. BUNAC based in the UK is an OG of the work abroad world, and JENZA, launched in 2023, is the latest addition to the family and is our new global work and travel brand operating out of Australia, New Zealand, the UK and USA. Together we open up a world of work, intern, camp and grad opportunities for 18-30 somethings, and are united in our belief that working abroad is a lower impact and more authentic way to see the world.
About your future job (job summary)
We are seeking a customer obsessed London based operations assistant to join our global operations team to support the administration of our inbound Intern UK programme. You will be ensuring all service level agreements are met through efficient administration and responsible dealings with applicants and employers through site visits. You will assess the visa compliance and make internship dreams come true for international students wanting a taste of UK life.
The role will have an 80-90% focus on site visits and 10-20% focus on ‘office’ administrative tasks. All travel costs will be covered and you must be prepared to spend 3-5 days visiting different companies to discuss their proposed internship and meet with interns and their supervisors during their internship.
