A leading UK dealership specialising in Road Machinery are looking for a Service Manager to manage the after:market business for the division, working closely alongside customers ensuring an excellent level of service is provided whilst collaborating with key stakeholders.

Area:Homebased/nationwide travel

Salary: GBP 50,000 : GBP 55,000 DOE + benefits

The Requirements Of The Service Manager Will Be

: As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the Road Equipment team

: Manage the growth and development of the after:market business.

: Contribute to achieving national goals

: Ensure compliance with all processes and dealer operating standards

: Maintain customer relationships and understand requirements by establishing close liaisons with Road machinery customers

: To ensure appropriate and timely problem resolution, both internally and externally

The Ideal Candidate For Service Manager Will Have

: Experience in a similar Service Manager role in a dealer environment within the Road/Construction/Agricultural industry

: The ability to organise the day:to:day organisation/scheduling of breakdowns, engineers and parts requirements

: A strong customer focus and able to deliver on commitments internally and externally

: Understanding of our customer’s needs

: Team player and ability to work on own initiative
