Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
– Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business requirements for service management initiatives.
– Translate business needs into actionable IT deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
– Support end-to-end service management rollouts, including requirement gathering, process design, and implementation.
– Partner with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of service management solutions.
– Provide insights and recommendations to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
– Contribute to business transformation projects by identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
– 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Service Management.
– Strong background in business transformation and service management rollouts.
– Proven ability to capture requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
– Exposure to ServiceNow or similar service management platforms.
– Experience in ITIL frameworks and best practices.
– Knowledge of enterprise service delivery models.
